We screen inquiries/applicants and guide tours. Once identified, we finalize a comprehensive lease & collect funds. 67% of 1 month's rent ($1500 min.)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Included in Tenant Placement, we evaluate your property's needs to return the highest market rent. We coordinate with vetted vendors to get the work done while timing it appropriately to quickly find a tenant without compromise to tenant quality.

ON-GOING MANAGEMENT: For a flat fee of $135/mo for a single property (price scales if more units are managed), we provide full-service property management. We are your sole contact so communication is direct, efficient and timely.
